Bu politika Anahtar Sende Android uygulaması, Windows masaüstü uygulaması ve Chrome / Edge eklentisi için geçerlidir (birlikte “Anahtar Sende”). Geliştirici: Otun Labs.

Kısaca

  • Hesap yoktur. Geliştiricinin çalıştırdığı bir sunucu yoktur.
  • Şifreleriniz ve diğer kayıtlarınız yalnızca sizin cihazlarınızda, şifreli olarak saklanır. Biz göremeyiz, açamayız.
  • Analitik, reklam, hata raporlama, izleme veya yapay zekâ servisi kullanılmaz. Şifreler hiçbir yapay zekâ servisine gönderilmez.

Cihazınızda işlenen veriler

  • Kasa: uygulama adları, kullanıcı adları, şifreler, notlar, “kime ait” etiketleri, kategoriler. Ana parolanızdan Argon2id ile türetilen anahtarla XChaCha20-Poly1305 kullanılarak şifrelenir. Ana parola saklanmaz ve gönderilmez.
  • Ayarlar ve tercihler (dil, tema, sıralama): cihazda yerel olarak saklanır; sıralama gibi kayıtlarla ilgili tercihler kasa anahtarıyla şifrelenir.
  • Parmak izi (Android): parmak izi verisi uygulamaya gelmez; Android’in güvenli donanımı yalnızca “doğrulandı” sonucunu verir.

Cihazınızdan çıkan veriler (yalnızca sizin isteğinizle)

  • Google Drive yedeği (isteğe bağlı, Android): açarsanız yalnızca şifreli yedek dosyası, kendi Google hesabınızın uygulamaya özel gizli klasörüne (drive.appdata) yüklenir. Başka hiçbir Drive dosyanıza erişilmez. Geliştirici bu dosyaya erişemez. Bu aktarım Google’ın gizlilik politikasına tabidir.
  • Telefon ↔ bilgisayar eşitleme: yalnızca sizin eşleştirdiğiniz cihazlar arasında, aynı yerel ağ üzerinden, uçtan uca şifreli olarak yapılır. İnternet sunucusu kullanılmaz.
  • Chrome / Edge eklentisi: eklentiyi kullandığınızda açık sekmenin kökeni (ör. https://ornek.com; sayfa yolu ve sorgu gönderilmez) ve seçtiğiniz hesabın kullanıcı adı ile şifresi, yalnızca aynı bilgisayarda çalışan Anahtar Sende uygulamasıyla (127.0.0.1) uçtan uca şifreli olarak alınıp verilir ve yalnızca seçtiğiniz giriş kutusuna yazılır. Eklenti, eşleşme için bir cihaz anahtarını ve bağlantı noktasını tarayıcının yerel deposunda saklar; şifre saklamaz. Eklenti internete veri göndermez.
  • Uygulama logoları (isteğe bağlı): yalnızca siz Ayarlar’dan “Logoları indir” dediğinizde ve tek seferlik olarak her uygulamanın logosu yalnızca o sitenin kendi adresinden (ör. https://instagram.com/) çerezsiz olarak indirilir. Üçüncü taraf logo servisi kullanılmaz; hesap bilgileriniz gönderilmez. Site yalnızca kendi simgesinin istendiğini görür (siteyi ziyaret etmek gibi). Uygulama logoları kendiliğinden güncellemez; siz istemedikçe hiçbir siteye bağlanmaz. Logolar cihazınızda şifreli saklanır.
  • Yedek dosyası ve CSV içe aktarma: yalnızca sizin seçtiğiniz yere kaydedilir / sizin seçtiğiniz dosyadan okunur.

Paylaşım ve satış

Verileriniz hiçbir üçüncü tarafla paylaşılmaz, satılmaz; reklam, profil oluşturma veya kredi değerlendirmesi amacıyla kullanılmaz.

İzinler

  • Android: otomatik doldurma servisi (sizin açmanızla), yerel ağ (eşitleme için), Google hesabı (yalnızca Drive yedeğini açarsanız), biyometri. Konum, kişiler, mikrofon vb. istenmez.
  • Eklenti: activeTab, scripting, storage ve http://127.0.0.1/*. Bütün siteleri okuma izni yoktur.

Saklama ve silme

Veriler siz silene kadar cihazınızda kalır. Nasıl silineceği: Hesap ve veri silme.

Çocuklar

Anahtar Sende çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek kimseden kişisel veri toplamaz.

This policy applies to the Anahtar Sende Android app, Windows desktop app and Chrome / Edge extension (together “Anahtar Sende”). Developer: Otun Labs.

In short

  • There are no accounts. The developer runs no server.
  • Your passwords and other records are stored only on your devices, encrypted. We cannot see or open them.
  • No analytics, advertising, crash reporting, tracking or AI services. Passwords are never sent to any AI service.

Data processed on your device

  • Vault: app names, usernames, passwords, notes, “owner” labels, categories. Encrypted with XChaCha20-Poly1305 using a key derived from your master password with Argon2id. The master password is neither stored nor sent.
  • Settings and preferences (language, theme, sort order): stored locally; record-related preferences such as custom order are encrypted with the vault key.
  • Fingerprint (Android): fingerprint data never reaches the app; Android’s secure hardware only returns “verified”.

Data leaving your device (only at your request)

  • Google Drive backup (optional, Android): if you turn it on, only the encrypted backup file is uploaded to the app-specific hidden folder (drive.appdata) of your own Google account. No other Drive files are accessed. The developer cannot access this file. This transfer is subject to Google’s privacy policy.
  • Phone ↔ computer sync: only between devices you paired, over the same local network, end-to-end encrypted. No internet server is used.
  • Chrome / Edge extension: when you use it, the origin of the active tab (e.g. https://example.com; path and query are not sent) and the username and password of the account you choose are exchanged end-to-end encrypted only with the Anahtar Sende app running on the same computer (127.0.0.1) and written only into the login field you choose. The extension stores a device key and port number in the browser’s local storage for pairing; it does not store passwords. The extension sends no data to the internet.
  • App logos (optional): only when you press “Download logos” in Settings, once, each app’s logo is downloaded without cookies only from that site’s own address (e.g. https://instagram.com/). No third-party logo service is used; no account data is sent. The site only sees that its own icon was requested (like visiting it). The app never updates logos on its own and never connects to any site unless you ask. Logos are stored encrypted on your device.
  • Backup files and CSV import: saved only where you choose / read only from the file you choose.

Sharing and sale

Your data is not shared with or sold to any third party and is not used for advertising, profiling or creditworthiness.

Permissions

  • Android: autofill service (when you enable it), local network (for sync), Google account (only if you enable Drive backup), biometrics. No location, contacts, microphone etc.
  • Extension: activeTab, scripting, storage and http://127.0.0.1/*. No permission to read all websites.

Retention and deletion

Data stays on your device until you delete it. How to delete: Account & data deletion.

Children

Anahtar Sende is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone.
